PHS PUBLIC ACCESSIBILITY
When the Financial Conflict of Interest Committee determines a Significant Financial Interest is related to an investigator’s Public Health Service (PHS) funded research, determines the Significant Financial Interest is a Financial Conflict of Interest, and the investigator still holds the Significant Financial Interest, the University, through the Office of Research & Commercialization, will provide the following public information in a written response within 5 business days upon request:

the investigator’s name, title and research project role,

the name of the entity in which the significant financial interest is held,
-
the nature of the significant financial interest, and
-
the approximate dollar value of the significant financial interest (within dollar ranges) or a statement that the interest is one whose value cannot be readily determined through references to public prices or other reasonable measures of fair market value.
